If registering by mail, be sure to include Church name, leader name, phone number and email with your payment.

*All payments sent by mail must be received no later than two (2) weeks before the event date.

After You've Registered

RELEASE FORMS

Each adult and student will need to complete the Individual Release form. This year we’ve made it easier than ever. Just have your parents and leaders go to the webpage below and enter their information. Once they do, you’ll receive a notice via email along with a digital copy of the form for your files. The best part…no paperwork at the event! All forms being turned in online MUST be submitted at least 1 week in advance. Or you can print out and fill in the release form and bring it with you to the registration table at the event. http://tinyurl.com/stuckform

CHECK-IN PROCESS

Registration is open from 6:00-7:45 PM. At check-in you will receive a final packet containing your event wristbands, handbooks, updated schedules & any curriculum you have pre-ordered. All release forms are due at that time. If you’ve submitted all of your release forms online, you’ll be able to go through a separate “express” check-in line.
